Ocys is lucky they have players to support the coaches. The coaching staff sucks big donkey balls. They will try their best to stupify the players and so far the players have found a way to fight off the mediocrity and fight to make the teams solid bit be forewarned the players can only hold off the idiocracy for so long until they too will falter. Hold strong girls. Tons of talent with a coaching staff that seems to think it is a challenge to demolish it. I don't think anyone will doubt ocys ECNL Talent but damn the coaches suck

They get ecnl because JFC and OC declined it in favor of DA. Now suddenly they are boasting that it is a better league because it's all ages. What about all those FESA posts that ecnl sucks????? FESA people really are pathetic on here.

FESA has ranted for literally THOUSANDS of posts first about how they were getting ecnl THEN when JFC got it they posted for the last year and a half about how they never wanted it any way and they are better off without the travel and politics and they are fine without it. Last time clay county was in the round of 16 state cup? I didn't say Round of 8 or 4. I said Round of 16. What an absolute joke.

a) Clay County produced Morgan Brian so if you know anything about the DA, producing current players that play for the national team was a criteria. Don't Hate
b) Only parents from FESA would be on talking soccer and who the heck cares if they trash anything... ECNL... DA.... thousands of times.... they have no idea what is going on within the administration of the club or what is best for their players
c) If this is true then it offers options to players who feel trapped because their parents think there is one choice in town. How are these clubs going to keep their players?
d) Why don't we just see the results on the field... It will be about who keeps ECNL

Try to research. Google Morgan Brian and her bio says she played for Ponte Vedra Soccer Club from U12-U19, but Clay things they developed her. Whatever makes you king of anything???

OC did not "decline" they were told the couldn't have it after bragging about having both without verifying that ECNL would allow them to stay in the league after accepting DA. I totally respect and understand the decision to go DA, it will be a great opportunity. DA does not diminish the fact that ECNL is a great proven growth avenue for the kids. Congrats to all the teams.

Exactly. There are trade offs in life and soccer. Can't be king of everything! GDA will likely evolve into the highest league in the land and can't give it up. GDA allow high school soccer and evolve into one team per age as opposed to the current two year combined age groups. Let FKK and FESA be second tier with ecnl.

DA is 2 age groups only for girls and many clubs are saying no to DA. ECNL allows for 5 different age groups to compete.

DA is U16 and U18

Believe DA is actually 3 age groups which are U14/15, U16/17 and U18/19 as that was what was announced earlier in year.
