I don’t know. A little early to tell but GA has been adding some pretty good clubs. Try not to sound too threatened by it.

        1) ECNL
        2) GA
        3) DPL / ECRL
        4) NEP/NPL (if it even exists)
        5) CCL/NECSL/EDP

If you want to chase D1 go to ECNL or GA.

If you choose to play ECRL (and travel all over the eastern seaboard for the same or worse level of play as DPL or NPL) you are a fool.

Let’s not hide behind that comment. So your saying you’d rather play selects or NEFC’s third/fourth team in the DPL rather travel and play PDA’s and SUSA’s second teams in ecnl regional? In terms of strictly level of play, Your a fool for thinking that. If your not up for the travel that’s one thing, but that level of play is clear that DPL / NPL is behind ecnl regional league

Keep telling yourself that as NEFC and others beat your team during tournament or state cup play. ECNL-R families know what NPL teams they have faced. They know who they have won against and who they have lost to. For that matter local ECNL teams know the same. Let’s not get into that ******* contest.

I feel like main difference with levels of play is illustrated when the girls reach 8/9th grade - high school. U12/13/14 top teams from any clubs can compete with one another. 9th grade is when players really begin to separate themselves from other leagues. I think all of these leagues is a lot, but I also believe that 2-3 levels is needed to accommodate players of different levels. But very hard to navigate when so many different clubs claim to have the best level.

NEFC’s 2nd Teams and NEFC NS in majority of age groups would handily beat SUSA 2nd teams.

SSS 2nd teams are generally stronger than Scorpions, CFC, FC Delco, FC Bucks e.t.c.

The teams you are playing against on Scorpions 2nd team or Stars 3rd/4th team isn’t any higher level than what you could have found locally in the NPL or now DPL.

Don't assume that many people are losing sleep over girls soccer.

Seems to be reasonably true based on the game results. Not sure it has any effect on my sleep, but whatever.

SSS could not beat Scorpions or CFC at any ECNL age. They could possibly compete with FC Bucks, FC Delco, FSA or Bethesda but please. CFC and Scorpions ECNL teams would beat SSS.
