Where'd all this money come from

So far (knock on wood), I'm still getting paid during these crazy times.

I've been watching my bank account grow and I commented to my wife about it. I said, "not going out to eat sure is saving us a lot of money". And she replied, "yeah, and not traveling for soccer".

    Hmmmm…

PS=> What the heck is the answer to the "USM" question prompt?

We are seeing the same thing as long as we keep getting paid. Honestly once life returns to normal I can see a bunch of people not returning to travel sports, not just soccer but all the others that take up a disproportionate amount of time and money. It's actually nice having dinner together and being able to do things like take care of the lawn and walks as a family.

    ps the answer is uswnt

Freeloaders are actually getting a raise- especially if they were on unemployment. Their benefits will not only last longer but the libtards want to pay them MORE for being unemployed than employed back in their jobs. Economics 101 tells me that is not the way to boost the economy when this thing passes. But it does gather voters.

I don't understand posts like this - you're saying youth soccer was so all-consuming before COVID that you couldn't have dinner together, take care of the lawn or take walks as a family? Huh?

You were so involved in youth soccer that you couldn't take care of your lawn or go for a walk. What, were travelling the country with your kid on the Youth National Team, home schooling them in a hotel room?

Many people have lost $ recently. Travel soccer is not a priority. It is a luxury. Those things go first. Saving for college is more important now.
