    Scorpions good or bad option?

Looking for a new club, currently at one of the big organizations and it’s not working out for us.
Looking at options on south shore!

My kid could not make ECNL at other clubs but, at Scorpions she plays ECNL regional league. It is pretty much elite. Not elite as ECNL national but, still pretty elite maybe more Premier but, it is premier elite regional ECNL!

Either you are elite or not. There is no "pretty much"...

I don’t know what the beef is with scorpions. EB is a great player and coach, along with majority of their coaches. They have good facilities, run good trainings and have some very competitive teams. Better than most other options. Best thing is to go check out some trainings and see for yourself. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Sounds pretty much elite to me.

Scorpions national ECNL team(s) are good but not great option. Regional ECNL and local regional teams are NOT GOOD!

Every scorpion player on national ECNL 01/02 is committed already - scorpions came in above BoTh stars teams in Florida in January - so what were you saying....

What we know is anyones child playing ECNL and the costs associated with ECNL can afford college regardless of boutique soccer. They were are commited to going to college anyhow. Money was not a factor. There are no trademan or tradeswomen here, there are no military enlistees.

When the poster said committed, it means to play soccer in college. You won’t find teams in NPL that are 100% committed to play, not even close. You might see a third or less depending on the level of the team. And while there may not be military enlisted, there is always interest in the military academies.

A combination of D1 and D3 schools - I do not want to start listing them because someone will start disparaging this school or that school - you can find a list of top drawer - yes self reported but still a list - and you will see lots of Stars player commitments

The point is that different clubs have strong teams and strong players and to make a statement that dismisses whole team and programs shows ignorance of MA soccer
