Anyone with a daughter who has played soccer in New England for 3+ years with.

        1. If you are self-conscious about your Ds position in life, then root for these teams so you can tell your friends that your D is "Better than that The Best" (in NPL)

        2. If you are a comfortable and kind human then you will root for some of your D's past teammates. Highly probability that a GDA or ECNL girls played with a member of one of these teams.

        3. If you are Spock-like pragmatist you will recognize that anything that builds the reputation of New England soccer is a good thing. Rising tide floats all boats.

Cmon. It's nice to see local teams to well. I always root for New England clubs, Regardless
of the tournament. Unless it's the stars...I hope they lose

Not with Stars but people like these should have their anonymous posts revealed, and it just makes Stars look better by having people like you so concerned with what they do.

Just by looking at the results (at the different age groups), it seems that teams are at different levels. Some teams are getting killed by 4 plus goals. I wonder what will be done to prevent such lopsided results. I think this shows that the NPL competition has unfortunately declined (probably due to players going to DA). For some teams, the path to semis and finals was easy. One team reached the finals to lose 5-0. Will the league resort to having a super group moving forward at the NPL National Finals to even out the competition? I think this should be an awakening to the league to tweak and fix some things moving forward to preserve competition.

It's gonna get worse next year (at least on the girls side). SUSA leaving for ECNL, Seacoast leaving for DA, and I'll guess that some of the Stars NPL (and PDA North/South) players are moving up to B-team ECNL.

Too many leagues, too many championship tourneys.

Many of the teams are terrible bc you have second and third teams playing in NPL. There are still a couple good local teams, but it is hard to call anything a national championship, and it’s been that way for a while.

All you can do is play and beat the teams in front of you.

It's hard to call it THE National Championship, but it certainly is A national championship
