Hearing that there are triple the numbers from last year signed up in some age groups for these tryouts. Maybe FM, who is an honest guy and a good soccer mind, is really going to turn things around over at WUP. I am sure that the WUP-Mutiny merger is helping that too but still that’s a lot of kids.

What an odd remark. Not playing the game at the highest level does not mean it isn't worth playing. Have you forgotten that these are kids and this is a game? Gotta love the posters on this site that truly think that what division their kid plays soccer in means, well, anything. What a sad life.

FM is a good guy, but lets face it. It's more of the same with WUP another in town guy for a town league soccer club. I would not say he has a good soccer mind?? He coaches the academy for them and the senior team they wanna call pro but it far from that and they haven't won a game this year and sucked last year.

What merger? I smell rotten Portuguese fish. Mutiny charges $800 to play WUP $1700. Are they going to have parents try out for Mutiny http://www.mutinysoccer.com/tryouts.html and tell them the price is really $1700 we merged?

I have no child involved in either program anymore but you are just ignorant. You likely come from no heritage and your upbringing contained little culture. It’s unfortunate. Disagree with the program, want to beat the program, likely get fired from the program but disparaging an entire culture is not necessary.

More of the same how? FM is in charge and making he decisions, not the “board”. That in and of itself is huge. When you allow business people or dishonest people like the former DOC to run things that is when chaos ensues. But if you have someone that cares about the program the kids and the development of soccer at the youth level in charge positive things happen. Nothing is instantaneous and takes a lot of work but it’s in the right direction.

Not saying your league defines the player but it does define the team. Just think before paying a premium price for a sub par program.

FM is not in charge. He is a puppet. If you think otherwise you are a fool

Been through this with various clubs before. The first year they'll say there is no change in fee or there is a slight increase. The second year is when they drop the hammer.

How is that fair to the parents that have been with the club and paying the $1800?
