If you are at BBA don’t go anywhere. If at Stars go to ECNL.

Can't help but feel bad for the players caught up in this mess. Hopefully they all land something that's a good fit, whatever that fit is

I doubt every Stars DA player will go to an Ecnl team.
There were plenty that just didn’t belong on DA.
Some will get an offer soon for ecnl, others will get placed on another team during tryouts, and some will leave.
Not too hard to figure out, but you already knew that.

Umm.... I guess you didn’t get the memo that Stars will be putting in two ECNL teams per age group next year.

                    Money grab, or something else?

Ha. I cannot wait to see all those stars parents on the sidelines next season. Every time one walks by me before a game I will ask each if my daughter is playing the A or B ecnl today. Finally real ammunition to sit down those obnoxious Stars parents provided by their leadership which constantly moves chosen studs to win a lowly npl game.
                      So great. See you soon!

Breathe. You sound, um, crazy. Don’t care so much about others, and you might be okay.

There were players on Stars DA who were on 2nd/3rd teams before. Expect them to land on second and third teams with the occasional player making a top team.

Which is indicative of this whole mess - some top players moved over but not enough. Rosters had to be filled with whoever else was willing to take a chance and make the sacrifices. CT board said no top players went to Oakwood and their rosters are almost all their former npl players.

OW rosters were entirely same as the previous year. OW is a cult club in CT. There is no way in or out after about U6. It was shocking that no age groups got players from external clubs when they made such a big deal about getting girls academy. This year's OW teams are simply their NPL teams from last year. The only difference from Fall to Spring season this year was that they got back all of their prep school players that were given waivers (about 10 in total and only prep school players .... I think all from Loomis). The local, public high school in Glastonbury had won 3 straight state championships and over 60 consecutive wins and those players that played at OW were not allowed waivers (not even 1 of them).
