One of my daughters was lucky enough to have a good female coach during the tricky middle school years - more drama, puberty mood swings, etc. Coach did a great job keeping the girls focused on the soccer and made it a drama free zone. The whole team is all still playing (not altogether but still playing). A lot of kids drop out in middle school. Totally disagree. Men are hardwired by nature to learn to deal with the mood swings and get females to cooperate. Females are competitive with each other by nature and often create an unpleasant working environment. Ever see two men in an office environment get "catty". No. Ever see two women do it?
