It boils down to leadership. WFF has none plain and simple. TBU's leadership has hired all of the quality coaches in Tampa Bay and surrounding area. Just look at how many of the WFF staff are now at TBU. How often have you ever seen a TBU coach go to WFF? Similar to how players follow quality coaches, so do quality coaches follow solid and effective leadership. -

It is sad, we spent many years hoping things would get better. Who knows if leaving was the best idea but I know that changing your whole club model every year just doesn't make sense.Comment

Kinda pathetic, but not surprising at all.
Like the previous poster said, unless certain long time members of the board are removed & leadership on the boys & particularly on the girls side is changes, expect the same circling of the drain to continue.Comment
