    Where to eat

We've got a few hours to kill in between games next weekend at Lancaster. Where's a good place to grab a bite to eat around there? Casual sit down type place?

There's a mall one exit up (or you can take a left out of the lot, about a mile up) which has your standard mall restaurants. I think we at an Olive Garden there last time.

Even better, is Kimball Farm, up the road - if you are walking down the hill, it would be in the direction to your right. Worth driving unless you have an awesome parking spot as it's a mile that way, too.

Even if you eat elsewhere the homemade ice cream at Kimballs should be had :)

Tavern in the Square is up a few exits in Littleton. That's yummy.

Chuck E. Cheese is a vile and disgusting place located in said mall.

Keep drinking... your entry makes no sense.

Rye and Thyme in Leominster (Less than 10 minutes away from fields) is the best option around.

Idylwilde Farmstand 10 minutes away in Acton. Not a sit down place but great sandwiches, produce, fruit, and bakery.

                          I like this thread.

Lancaster feels like a desolate wasteland to me. In between games just roasting in the sun or cowering in the one area of shade near the 100s of screaming kids eating crummy hot dogs has never been of interest to me. Next time I'll try some of these ideas out...

if I can leave the parking lot in under 2 hours.

Kimball Farms but here's a tip- outside windows are a lot of fried foods (delicious!) but maybe not what you want your player eating in between games. If you go in the store and head up the back there is a deli counter back there. You can get some great healthier options (wraps and salads) in there.
