FishHawk doesn't have board elections. New board members are just appointed by the existing board members. It's a very closed circle. There have never been public elections. It's all very hush hush behind closed doors. No one is informed of the candidates and certainly no one is permitted to vote on them. It's a breeding ground for self-interested persons to get a seat on the board, absolutely no checks and balances.Comment
