    2001 / 2003 MIC Tournament Tryout

    Attention All 2001 Boys and 2003 Boys:

    Coach Ricardo Alcerro and his staff will be conducting the tryouts. Coach Ricky holds FIFA A, UEFA A, USSF A, coaching licenses. A portion of his resume includes US Soccer, DA Scout, Honduras u20 National Team Scout, DOC Scuola Calcio Inter-USA, USSF Mens Soccer Scouting Network.

    Scuola Calcio ( Inter USA ) will be holding tryouts for the prestigious MIC Tournament. The MIC Tournament is from April 11 - 16th.
    We will have ( 2 ) tryouts dates. Each tryout date will have ( 2 ) sessions. The first tryout weekend, the dates are listed below.
    The second one will be in January, those dates will be announced in December.

    Tryouts are being held at Pines Charter High School this Friday December 9th from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, and this Sunday December 11th from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

    it is great that kids are getting international experience. I commend this org and others that are putting these tournaments together. Applause. THat being said, the MIC is a very tough tournament that is probably not appropriate for 99% of the youth soccer players in florida. most Spanish clubs do not play MIC because it is too high a level. And these are clubs better than most Florida clubs by a large margin. If you go for the experience, fine. But do not go for results.

      Signup is now on the website. For those players that called and cannot come to the first tryout. The club is having another one in January.
