    V High School Girls start

Now I know why US Soccer does not want the top even getting near a HS game. What a joke of un-talented children playing.

Untalented children, huh? Sounds like you know from your own experience.
It's not top flite soccer, but your assessment is inaccurate, as there are plenty of very good players with college aspirations playing hs ball.

Yes and that is why your kid is playing with the untalented, being untalented your kid is. Yes and with College aspiration that never come because College Coaches don't come to High School games. They know how sad it is. O yes my daughter plays HS. She will never go to college on a soccer ride play ECNL or DA. I really think parents are in the fog about good soccer. All HS soccer is rec level play. The very few kids that play very High level club soccer that do play look bad on the field because they have no support given to them. Then they pick up lower level antics so other can on their HS team understand, witch degrades their play. So believe all the College wonders, your kid is great, and look for her name in the paper today. LOL HS is so bad it hurts to watch. But I guess I have to be there for my daughter. I have to look at and watch your untalented kid play too.

Then do the rest of the parents a favor and don't go to the games. They don't want to listen to you groan and moan all season. Your daughter - who is probably enjoying herself a great deal - will probably be grateful as well. Some HS play pretty decent soccer, and as the above sates there are many very good players out there who will go on to do great things. But the bigger picture of HS sports is more important than the quality of play - playing with your friends, representing your school, keeping kids busy. HS administrators have very different goals than clubs. Accept that fact and the season can be much more enjoyable.

Yes that's right. You go to support your D and her friends. You cheer them on and say "great job." That's what parents do. If your soccer standards can't stand it then don't go. You won't be missed.

This is clearly a Troll trying to get the parents riled up. And it worked.

Mallory Pugh, arguably the most talented young player on the U.S. Women's National Team played her first 3 years of High School Soccer until her schedule prevented her in her Senior Year. She claims it was the most rewarding soccer she played outside of the WNT. She helped win 2 State Championships.

Every player on the varsity and jv teams at my daughter's HS plays on a club. The level of play is very high. All coaches are former college players. The age range is from 14 to 18. Tremendous mix of talent and skill. In addition, the commradarie between them is amazing. It may not be like that at every HS, but the experience has been great. It definitely translates back to her club play.

and you're the parent that will moan and groan and yell and bitch at the refs the whole game. Please do everyone a favor this season and stay away from the games, sit in your car and listen to Rush replays or join the other whiners by the fence. Cause apparently you want what's best for YOU, not for your daughter or her school.

                Pitiful.

Same here - 4 ECNL players on daughter's team. And the camaraderie in and after school is very high!

I do not want to play that team...they are loaded with ECNL players. Loser parent. This team will not win state because ECNL players are out for themselves not the team. Good riddance.

It was good seeing our ecnl players on the pitch at high school this week...they did stand out from others, plan and simple. I think our team will have an outstanding hs season.....

Can you imagine the teams in Atlanta that have Tophat players? It must be horrible for some HS teams to play against that.

I hope you are not talking about South Florida ECNL girls.
The South Florida ECNL teams are awful.

Oh great soccer god! What amazing team does your daughter play for? Obviously she is not one of those horrible ECNL players. The other leagues in SFL are so much more competitive and the level of skill is amazing. Please enlighten us.
