I am sure this has been covered, but quick question. Are the discovery players expected to travel and play during regular season games? For some reason we thought they were mainly tournament only.

They can play whenever there is not a conflicting weekend of games. -
After playing in the ECNL games, these discovery players will have a hard time realizing the value of their club team. My daughter is a discovery player. We did not pay full price but we paid nonetheless. We also paid full price at our club so in the end, we probably paid as if we were rostered to ENCL full time. The ECNL experience has been terrific. The difference between our ECNL team and our club team is night and day.
