why do almost every stars coach have 4 teams, many have 5. You have to crazy to sign up for that, you'll never see your coach.

and god forbid you end up with Ginger Baker as a coach. Know nothing about him other than that from that list he is coaching 7 teams. Ummm, yeah...

Well that NEFC structure answers some lingering questions...

So obviously is being careful (probably for legal reasons) to not call the Boston Breakers ECNL teams "theirs", even though I know for a fact that a very big % of players currently playing for NEFC Elite teams, have already signed their offer sheets for the ECNL team.

NEFC is referencing "their" top team as NEFC/Breakers NPL and say they will be playing in the New England NPL. I guess this is the upside of not being able to call the ECNL teams "theirs", so now technically NEFC is still putting their top teams in New Engand NPL, although we all know that these are really their 2nd teams. It also appears that there will not be any Boston Breakers teams in the Northeast NPL, unless it's just their GU13 Pre-ECNL team? Still think they are playing in New England NPL though.

Kinda a little quirk with only having Premier South teams (and eliminating Premier North) and having them as any extra layer between the top two teams in the south region.

He's a lifer coach and is awesome with ulittles and a great first coach. My d had him and loved him. But good point, 7 teams is a full time gig and in his case he's the early development guy. For many other clubs the job is PT and nothing wrong with that either .

Seems New Englad NPL is where Nefc north branch is headed. South branch does seem a question.

That's a lot of practice sessions to manage in the evening window. For 7 teams, you'd have to have 3 practice slots every night of the week. Be ready for late night training.

No, description says that NEFC/Breakers NPL is playing in New England NPL. They are based out of new fields out of Mendon. There is no more Premier North... Just single regional teams.

best team for a team and players is a coach who focus is on one team - more than 2 forget about it - you would be craszy to play for them

RL coaches 7+ teams. Misses training often and never at any games.

Right, my kids coach had two teams this year, and even with that, he still missed a couple games due to scheduling conflicts with the other team. GB may be able to fit all those practices in each week, but if most games are on Sundays, with teams traveling all over the region, who is going to be the game coach for all those teams? Hopefully, they have some decent assistant coaches, I sure wouldn't want to be paying for a parent to step in at game time.
