    "criminal mismanagement of funds"
Half the BODs in clubs around this state are guilty of that.

It is funny that Weston also got the Academy when Pastora and JC M***chia when there.

did you remember the times that many of the players selected for the ODP were from Kendall when JC M***chia was there?

SR and MH from FCPC in Plant City. Plenty of evidence turned over to Sheriffs department on them. Nothing done, maybe mayor had something to do with it since he was affiliated with this bunch. There has been plenty of complaint the by parents of wrong doing by them but Parks and Rec department continue to allow them to prey on local poor Hispanic community. In the process giving the Lancers (PCFC), who purged all this crud out of its club, a bad reputation.

I see great opportunities here in the United States for these guys. All the idiot parents will flock to their club believing they will place their kid with a professional team in Europe.

Investigate the boards of these "non-profit" soccer clubs and see how many board members are directly benefitting financially from businesses they run themselves that provide insurance, t-shirts, athletic bags etc for the club. These board members are the ones who vote on all decisions made for the club. Keep the right guy in as director and they continue to make money.

Wonder why nothing ever changes in your club? It's all about money in the non-profit organization. Wonder why clubs won't merge? The status quo = money.

Call a local newspaper or TV station and let them investigate. There are some very unethical things going on that county commisioners have gone to jail for. Not kidding.

if they decided to audit any if these clubs, I think quite a few would lose their non profit status.

Why is any of this surprising to anyone. That is the way life is. Show me a millionaire and I will show you a law somewhere that was broken.

If you think the cities are not awarded Super Bowls buy not greasing someone you are naïve.

Thank God we have no corruption in the federal government for the DOJ to investigate.

Really. How is Qatar, Russia, Brazil, etc. bribing a FIFA official for the rights to host a World Cup event ripping off my family? I agree that you have to obey the law and there should be consequences. No doubt. The real people that are ripping off your kids is those in the Department of Justice who are wasting your tax dollars to go after a sanctioning body in another country that has nothing to do with anything here in the US.

What if the Country of Spain decided to go after the NFL because they did not approve of the methods used by Roger Goeddel in dealing with player or owner misconduct?
