Despite having Got Soccer and their own score books to look/compair past history of scores and performance of all age groups why does there seem to be so many blow outs in third and lower brackets in NEP ? Who's really to blame here for a 13-0 or 8-1 game. Doc's, nep ?

You all can sit on your high snotty soccer throwns and call 99% of the players/teams jokes, but we all know who the real jokes are.

Also, I know NEP tries to align teams with regional considerations (at least in the younger divisions) to some extent. So that may be a factor.
For some divisions, I'm sure some DOCs may work the placement to "have a good year", maybe for player/parent morale, or maybe for some positive PR for an uneducated observer.
Still, it's obvious that neither team gets much out of a blowout.

It's the same exact problem in all of the MA leagues. Not sure if it's greed, arrogance or what, but we have way too many leagues in MA and because of this every league is watered down with the top 3 or 4 of each bracket being fairly strong and the remaining teams being much weaker and getting blown out each week. It's a disservice to all of our kids. Many have jumped to other clubs because they are in different leagues only to find out it is exactly the same situation. It really is a shame.

Thank you:) could not have said it better myself. Those obnoxious parents who judge other children that they are not good enough to play with their child need a reality check.

Second, it's an assertion that is not entirely without merit. NEP postulates that it's the top dog in New England when really all it's done is create another league composed of a lot of weak and mediocre teams. There are a handful of decent teams that can be found in each age group. Big deal. There's nothing particularly novel or appealing about NEP - all you've done is repackaged the same product~ Kudos to MPS for the marketing, it's worthy of Madison Avenue, but the product remains the same.
The really unfortunate thing is that you've split the talent between the good clubs that have migrated to NEP and those who have elected to remain in MAPLE.
