    Massive Caught Cheating

the head of this group has been banned by FYSA for pouching players from local clubs in the Treasure Coast so they can pay him $2000 a year for nothing, now he can't even train the teams why would anyone go there now, pretty sad he had to resort to this to line his pockets as he's not a bad coach....kicked out of ODP now kicked of the line when will he and his staff stop.

Perhaps he is actually a marsupial and not really human. Maybe he got caught putting his $2k in his pouch and that was alarming to FYSA.

I love this forum, its always full of true facts and literate people!! 3 Massive coaches are ODP staff, one a Region 3 coach, which other company has that in the treasure coast area?! Am thinking there is more to this story about "pouchers" than meets the eye!

How do you know this to be true? Please cite a source or link. Thanks.

More gutless B.S. from an anonymous poster. Anyone can say anything about anyone on here. These are strong words - put your name on it if you are going to sling B.S. around.

This must be a South Florida thing. I know for a fact that if you go anywhere near a kid's pouch here in Central Florida they would lock you up and throw away the key.

                  In response to poaching

Not sure why someone would post such a negative and biased view in a forum that could be a positive dialogue about local youth soccer. Particularly without understanding the finer details unless of course they know them which would be even more troubling. Poaching in this case was actually a parent talking to another parent as I understand it, not any coach. I've never met a coach in this area I didn't like. Everyone has their strengths. Every one. Massive included. And as I understand Massive is more than one person.

So as a message to all, I suggest you be mindful that this type of poaching occurs every time a parent from one club talks to a parent from another.about their team in a manner that could be construed as encouragement to join Or when a parent asked a player to play in another clubs team for a tournament without clearing it through the staff of that club. In some cases it is done so without malice and frankly in some cases this rule simply holds a player back. Most people do not realize this. But in this particular situation I would never find it that important to slander anyone on a public forum like this.

                  But that's just me.

I hope some find this useful. Good luck to all state cup teams still in the hunt.

                  Peace.

Don't know anything about this "alleged" situation but I have heard good things about Massive. This poster has posted one of the better posts I have seen on here in a long time. If parents talking to parents about the quality of their soccer experience with a specific club/team/coach/set of parents/set of teammates is considered poaching then let's be honest I see it happening at darn near every practice, game, tournament, etc.

Agreed, good luck to everyone making a run at State Cup!

                      Fysa

This is exactly why US Club Soccer has had success. FYSA has too many rules that do not benefit player development and create club monopolies.

This post must be from one of the angry clubs around, parent or staff.

I agree! It is totally uncalled for. Maybe the guy has a pouch, but does that make him a bad person. You start calling out all people with pouches and next thing you know we have a whole new group to profile. Stop the insanity!!!

I want to be the first to admit to having a pouch and I'm proud of it. I also admit to occasionally pouching myself personally, though I have never pouched another, and I am outraged by this entire thread. This blatant discrimination against pouchers must stop.
