Because the elite U17's are in DAP.All the other one's are just playing club soccer anywhere and it doesn't really matter.Nobody cares at this age, the ID process has been completed.

Such an incredibly ignorant statement. Are you actually saying that if someone isn't in DAP that they are worth crap and that they won't play in college? I think facts will actually prove that to be a bunch of BS.

For the OP, please ignore this moron. Good thread to start. Are you talking boys or girls? And yes, there are a lot of really good teams and players. And oh my, they aren't in DAP. What are they possibly going to do.

The top three or four NPL teams are all of similar strength and have been so since U14. All equally talented with good players. NEFC picked up an ex Revs player which could give them the edge over the rest.

That's a joke. You know very little about this age group then.

Yes, that is actually what I'm saying. They may play in college, but not Division 1.

Completely wrong again. I know a U18 club team (not my son's) that has 4 kids going Div. 1, I think 2 going Div. 2 and a handful going to Div. 3. None DAP.

Yes, and I know of a team (not my son's) but my son's friend's neighbor's cousin's team that I heard from a former team manager's of theirs, that they have 12 boys going to Akron and the other 9 are going to UCLA. What nonsense.

You don't play USSDA soccer at one time or another. You are not playing Division 1 soccer. point, paragraph, the end.

What ever. Anyone want to talk about U17 girls or boys teams? Maybe this person will just go away. He certainly doesn't think there is any value in talking about it, so let's hope.

Looking at that list it appears the ISL prep school and NPL club team NEFC, Stars route does produce it's share of d1 players.

Already see erroneous facts, Davock was an Academy player. There are more in this group but believe what you want to believe. Keep chasing the myth. I'll leave you idiots to continue to talk about your U17 club players.
