That does not matter. It is what the board of ECNL wants to elect into the system. But a nice welcome from the Southeast members to say so. Imaginary vote for JFC-elected by its FPL exclusive club members, OC and WFF., in Southeast . Hilarious! While JFC has been fixated on its boys Armada and not its girls program, Florida Elite Soccer Club has national votes for ECNL from Vegas, Texas and Maryland. SB, HM and MP have long time connections in ECNL. Florida Elite has NWSL partnership. ECNL plots the demographics and knows the growth exploding in south Saint Johns county. JYSC and Creeks full merge has players and fields throughout Duval and St Johns territories. I dont think you get it. The SE conference members put the clubs up. Other ECNL members outside of SE cannot vote for a club not pushed forward. It is that simple. Tophat and Jax were put forward.
