To expand the topic of facilities, the condition of many fields in the county have gone to pot based on the county's inept PNR dept. Granted, if you pulled the expenditures over a period of years by individual non-profit groups running each facility its evident that some organizations should lose the right to run and it be opened up to a better operator via a bidding process. This would cut out the bad managers, allow Lacrosse (growing) to access the parks and force the clubs to consolidate into a select few facilities if soccer specific or shared.
