I don't understand, they appear to have solid coaching but the turnover at NEFC is crazy, especially around U12-U14. What's the problem?

From U12-U14, you have some of the strongest teams in the region. The U12s did very well in NPL, while the U13s are considered one of the top teams in the country. The U14s lost some players to Stars, but they also picked up some. Is there going to be movement during the summer, if you know anything about soccer, you will know that there is always movement, especially if players feel there are stronger teams nearby. The current U12 and U13 groups have added talent and haven't really lost any that has hurt either team. If you have facts that counter what I have written, please put them down. Obviously, if you don't have any, you have zero credibility and no one should take you seriously.

Time will tell. The ECNL tag draws a lot of these top players over. Personally I value a team that stays together rather than leaving for ECNL. JMO.
