    GPS VW Masters Championships Aug4-6

I am trying to find the schedule and results for this tournament but can't find anything but twitter updates! Anyone know anything about this? I did see GPS lost 3-1 to Carolina FC.

They lost? Hmm.... Usually they find the way to win. Nothing worked hah? Did they try bribing the referee?

They usually find a way to win in the finals. Looks like they won't make it that far.

How did the OP know about the NC loss?

GPS leading 6-0 late versus Colorado. That team seems to get stronger as they advance, just like the Needham Regionals. It's expected, they develop chemistry as they move ahead.

Players came in last night on a late flight. They will be tired but they will help the team out especially at final game

I don't have a player on this group, but I find it funny how, no matter what, any team that makes it to this level gets bashed on here. No one can do any right according to you blow-hards! Get a life and get over the fact that your kid did not make it!

If you can't beat em join em!

A friggin- men !! Blow hard is putting it mildly. I would say that from 12 up through u15boys side Just talking NPL TEAMS IN MASS GPS is going to be hard to beat. Take the best 5 from DOGS, CRUSADERS, KNIGHTS AND IT WILL be very hard to beat them. If your worried you can't beat them you better join them!

My son on Aztec lost to them in the finals in Needham and I will admit the GPS Elite 02 team is pretty darn good. People just get so insanely envious about soccer around these parts. You expect it from hockey, football and baseball. Youth soccer is so over the top around here. I can just imagine girl's soccer with Title 9 rules hovering over them. The parents must be armed or something.

Your absolutely right, no one will be able to touch the Boys GPS NPL teams from U13 up. Just too much pooled talent for any team to handle.
