DA is exactly that, a DEVELOPMENT Academy. So, the focus is on developing local players, not flying in players from as far as Oregon to help you win and then put you back on a plane.

Three players now in residential academy programs, one just signed professional. Their rising senior is being recruited by top teams around the country.
Not too bad for a fly-in team.
