What is the best way to start the contact process? Email from athlete to coach , or the on-line student athlete form that most colleges utilize?

Why not both? Coach is probably going to ask you to fill out the online form anyway.

I've tried to fill out the online questionaire. It is amazing the number of them that simply don't work.

Our experience was that it tends to work better with IE than Mozilla alhtough some just don't seem to work.
