Strong teams, playing weak tourney?

OK, I have to ask, why in the world other than the Coach stroking players parents would a strong team play in a weak tourney? Example, 9-0 10-0 9-0, Final 9-0. Is this Coach a coward or what? Hint the Club is Cypress, and they had a tourney this past weekend. Team is from the I.E, go figure.

you must be talking about stampedes red team. I looked around and could only find these scores at the cypress tournament.
