Why 2 CFC teams at U13? Is SoccerPlus being phased out of ECNL?
Arsenal U13 not listed as ECNL on CFC website.
What other leagues do these teams play in? CJSA?
What about the clubs that have signed on with NPL leagues?
1. Arsenal is a late replacement for scratched S+ U13 team. S+ will reclaim the slot next year at U14
2. SoccerPlus not being phased out of ECNL
3. CFC's ECNL teams (other than United) will play either CJSA, CJSA Elite or Sub-regional leagues and remain eligible for State Cup
I don't know what the EDP and NYCSL teams are doing for in-state competition or whether they plan to remain eligible for State Cup. FSA U14 is probably the only one that matters regarding State Cup.
They would go about .500 in CT so what's the excuse for going out of state? Hard to make the excuse that you can't find appropriate comp in a local league where you'd be in the lower half of the table. I'm sure the comp in NYCSL will be even better but how do you convince parents to put on those miles? That's a club that's hand was forced by the threat of ECNL.

Boy, the CFC lovers have really infiltrated this site. I guess Soccerhead is no longer enough?
Oakwood is a better quality club than your snot-nosed stuck-up CFC teams. You have to deride NYCSL because you are so insecure about people considering that there is an alternative to ECNL. And how is that going by the way? Last I checked most of those CFC teams are not competitive in ECNL even on a regional basis. So who are you to pick a fight based on how competitive Oakwood can be outside of CT?
Arrogance and stupidity are such a deadly combination. You seem to be endowed with a lethal quantity of both. That is so CFC...

this is absolutely hilarious...
two of the three girls teams that actually represented the state well at the Region 1 championships this summer happened to come from OW (semis-u14, finals-u-18)- fact
to give you an idea of you come off let me impersonate you for a sec: considering that the girls side of OW has generally been an ugly duckling for them their recent success will surely take a bit off of the luster of cfc. cfc sent two mighty "united" teams to regionals and went a combined 1-5 (fact). cfc should be concerned that OW girls are encroaching on their traditional stomping grounds...
you see how that comes off, i came off as a total jerk, and that tone only puts off the reader from the substantive part of the message: that CFC United (ECNL) teams didn't perform as well as two non ENCL teams.
you shouldn't employ blanket statement's that clearly illustrate your anger and resentment towards a soccer club, if your goal is to rip said club and expect any TS follower to take your opinion seriously: you merely come off as the scorned, psycho ex...
to angry father/angry mother: relax, breath, its just youth soccer...
