Just wandering what are peoples thoughts with the USSF Academy moving to a 10 month season and its effect on CT Boys High School Soccer.

Its a great idea for the tiny handful of players each year in CT who have any kind of prospects to play at the national level. For the other 99%, is the better training and competition of the Academy program worth the time, expense and separation? For some kids it will surely improve their college prospects. But so would a lot of other things like studying and community service.
