    Conflict of Interest?

Can anyone tell me how this is not a problem with CJSA?
    SCP Tryout Grid:
U14 Girls Premier -Rui Fernandes (Fall), Mike Howard (Spring)
    U15 Girls Premier -Rui Fernandes
    NE Comets Tryout Grid:
U15 Head Coach – Fernando Fernandes, Assistant Coach – Rui Fernandes

Seems odd that either of these clubs is ok with sharing coaches and what's even worse is at U15 he could be coaching against himself as asst. coach?

Looks like SCP desperate to keep U14s and Comets desperate for everything. Rui is not coaching at Comets and will never be at a Comets training session. OD & NECOMETS did it for marketing purposes. Lil bait and switch technique.

Kind of like that new field the had down in Norwalk they were advertising on their website a year ago. How many games have the comets played on that so far?????

Has SCP sorted out the fields for next year yet? or just more smoke and mirrors?

Current SCP U13's breaking up, desperate attempts to keep remaining current U14's so they can play CJSA next Spring while all other good CT clubs have secured spots in better Leagues. Last one standing at the dance with no partners?

Do you mena SouthCentral's U13's....or SoccerPlus' U13's?. I would be surprised to see Scouth Cenral's breaking up as they had such a successful year this year. I think in 2010/11 they had two teams.....not so sure what they had this year. However if they had two teams this year....a break-up might still leave them enough for one team...though perhaps not as strong.

At least 2-3 of their current U13s likely going to Arsenal, others likely to Yankee.

Fernando will be involved much more than Rui, but both will be involved at Comets.

SCP U13 (current) is looking to lose players to Arsenal, but might bring in a couple from Yankee. Yankee U13 (to be 14) parents drove the coach out after a 1-0 loss to comets, 8-0 loss to Extreme and a 5-0 loss to Oakdwood to end their season. So who knows what will happen to that group. Comets U13 looks to be retaining most of the squad, but not really adding much new talent.

Looks like Yankee is putting WM in charge of the 14's. Good move. Nice guy and good coach from what I have seen.

                      at at U14 next year.

Yankee losing coach and some players.
South Central changing coaches twice, and losing potentially a lot of players.
                      Comets holding steady.
Arsenal potentially picking up lots of new players.

                      Interesting movement.

Thanks vomit parent but your club is a embarrassment. No one is leaving SCP there was 25 girls at tryouts..how many were at yours??? Wonder how many teams you will have next year? How are your older age groups doing? Holding steady as well? Pretty sure they dont even exist.

Better tell Omer to hit the streets and offer those freebies up to any kid with a heartbeat. The sad thing is families choose to pay cfc impact $2000 rather than play for FREE for those hodgepodge teams you throw together.

Mabye you can advertise that Alex Ferguson is joining your staff or that you guys are building VOMIT Park Field! Hopefully that will attract some talent for you guys.

No one with half a brain would ever play for the vomits and it's a travesty that CJSA even allows them to be considered premier. Go clean that poop off the field so my daughter doesn't have to wash her cleats every time she plays EO. That u13 team is the last team left to implode and it's only a matter of time before it goes kaboom..tick..tick...tick
