What's up with Oakwood with overall poor results at their own tournament?

Girls U16 - Champs
U15 Oakwood played up in U16
U14 - Champs
U11 - Tie for 1st
U10 - Champs

This is just the girls side!

U19 Boys did not enter a team
U16 Tie in 1st Division
U15 1st in first division
U14 not so good
U13 not so good
U12 tie for 1st in top division
U11 tie for 1st
I guess that is not good enough???

I will preface this by saying my kid plays for a competing club...even if oakwood didn't do well at their tourney, what does it matter. On the boys side it's just a fun tourney with no meaning since their teams play academy anyway. On the girls side they have a few teams in Cup finals so I wouldn't take any results seriously.

Did not know that if you host a tournament you are supposed to win all boys and girls divisions? Is this something new??? I guess they should discontinue the OPI then??

How do you tie for first? Did the U11 girls lose to Bayside FC in the championship game? Isnt there a championship game in every division ?

Yes!!!!!!!! All games that were played on Monday were for the championship. And the U11 girls champion was Bayside FC from RI
