The only law changes I noticed from last year all have to do with preventing advertising on the field and the color of players underwear.
A nice addition is the inclusion of Additional Instructions and Guidelines for Referees. It's more than 50% of the book and was previously a separate document from USSF, not FIFA. Required reading for any soccer fanatic or parent :) .
