This is nuts. Why wasn't this guy stopped as soon as he ran onto the field. Heard he had brass knuckles in his hand. Supposed he would have a knife or a gun....

happens all the time, usually on the way home from Lancaster after a loss..

A thug attacked them with a deadly weapon!
They have every right to beat him to a pulp.
I am absolutely serious when I say, if they had killed him, I would not hold them responsible.

The problem is that they did not beat him to a pulp. He was able to stand. The legal issues are significantly less when the person is beaten to a pulp than when they have enough of a mind and body to sue....
