That's such a broad request. Are you talking about club, High School, travel, etc?
Different levels of coaching.

My daughter's favorite soccer coach was town travel, but he made practice fun and engaging. However, now that she plays premier, her coach is more business and professional. She's learned a lot more from him (and likes him even though he is no-nonsense), but I don't think you can compare the two.

OP here.

It could be anyone at the youth level who works with public soccer just not an uncle or something. As said in the original post there are a bunch of factors in youth dev but was or is there a coach along the way that you can say your kid was very fortunate getting and was a big factor in development?
