To quote Greg Marmalarde from "Animal House": "That would be hard to say, sir.
They're each outstanding in their own way."

On the girls side, I would say that the ECNL D1 and the USYSA NL are at the top. On the boys its the USSF Academy League. After that it is pretty subjective to determine which is better or worse, although generally most would place the USYSA Regional Premier Leagues (boys and girls) as next on the pecking order.
