Apparently the awards have already been determined as our coach called to inform our daughter of the awards that she will receive.

Yes--our son was informed but it looks like projo will wait until after school banquets before posting the results, or so we hear

I have come to realize that these all state awards are a joke...I know of one coaches daughter who made second team all state and there were five or six players on the team who were clearly better than her!!!

I think it's about 75% real and 25% political. A few kids really deserved to get recognized. Some were just seniors. Some had parents that were friends with the coach.

Last year's awards were posted in the projo on January 11 2010. So probably right after the new year the 2010 names will be posted. The awards banquet has already been held so those who attended have the lists to include all div and all tournament. A bit different this time--no more all division first and second teams. It is now each division has a north central and south all division team.

A really nice guy would go ahead and post the list on this site. Shouldn't take more than an hour or two to type it all out.
