Albertson is a sitting duck at the top of the U16 South table with 13 points after all 7 games. They probably will not go through since several teams below them have multiple games yet to play. Bethesda and Gaels seem to be the frontrunners to pass Albertson at the moment.

The North games are complete - but the scores of the final two have not been put up on the Region One site. Word is East Meadow beat Syosset 2-0, but I haven't heard anything about the Alleycat Syosset game from yesterday. All three ENY teams are in the bottom half and not guaranteed return berths unless they can make semifinals at regionals - only one of them will have a chance at that and then only if Albertson does NOT win state cup). PDA and Stars United (MA) go through to the playoffs.

They're up now, Syosett lost to East Meadow 2-0 and beat Alleycats 6-0. They tied East Meadow on points for 5th but with the head to head tiebreaker ended up in 6th.
