We are recommending that everyone send in their complaints to the Virginia attorney General. We know for a fact that several clubs have done this and the State may be currently investigating them. Many of us have been kind enough to wait as the tournament had rquested all oif us to do, but if payments are not made by the end of the month lawsuits are coming.

not sure what the AG is going to do since technically they don't have to issue refunds. In the application or website does it say refunds would be given.
I do know from last time, it took a while also, but we did receive Full Refunds, not a partial as most tournaments do. -
More then 5 months?
I think that the AG should look into this as it is a complete scam in our opinion, but we are still hoping for a refund.Comment
