VE/Vardar+PSG/MI Elite/Troy Elite/PSG North?
I hear (hear say only) but, I hear that lil gator hatchlings may be walking their way back to a macedonian river bank.
VE/Vardar+PSG/MI Elite/Troy Elite/PSG North?
Will all parties accept MC as part of the merger package?
Who is to say they do not create their own league to allow it to happen?
sounds like an expensive merger, gotta have lawyes involved wouldnt u think?
usysa & msysa are watching...very closely
That's cool.
Will this merged venture be advertised in the tryout book do we know?
will it show directors / coaches names etc. will be be central to oak . mac county areas?
amazing how mergers are accepted within these clubs but "splitting" is damning.
Is this just one bored person starting a rumor or is there some concrete proof?
Politics has always made for strange bedfellows when Michigan soccer bums are involved.
who knows, i read something on mlive two weeks ago or so, same thing.
I heard from a vardar u14 boys dad that they were merging teams next year with H.S' Nova u14 boys next year. Otherwise, I haven't heard of multi teams and clubs merging.
And this would include Vardar and Vardar East and all the PSG clubs?
Who would be king turd on poop island??
all hear say my friend.
the only team i heard was the current u14 boys from V and psg.
i can not see ve getting involved or psg getting involved with ve due to their glorious split a few years back.
Vardar and PSG merging? Maybe for the older age groups where it makes sense as those teams are playing state cup.
VE would not want to be involved as their fees are way lower than those two clubs and that will be a decision making point for many soccer families this June...
exactly, mh your are right
why doesnt ve just remove itself from that group? their numbers are good, why not revamp and reintroduce usl as a travel club again?
So, right now Troy Elite and PSG are still seperate identities and will continue to be so. At u13 the two clubs pool their players together to make a state cup team. Those groups under u13 do not pool players.
Is that correct?
Also, theres a chance Vardar would be a 3rd club to join at u13? Is this including Vardar East, North, etc?
I am very very out of touch on this, so don't take my thought to heart, but the way it looks is it is "One" boys team and that is it. I have heard that with my ears from one V parent.
I have not heard anything, nor one thing at all about psg gators, mi elite gators, ve, etc. being part of this.
Maybe the Nova / V merger will play in a seperate league together and each team will also stay with their respective teams in another club as well? who knows.
I hear that lil gator hatchlings may be walking their way back to a macedonian river bank.
I spit coffee out of my nose reading this.
Hey, I may be an A'hole to a few people here and there, but I have a touch of humor in me from time to time, Thanks.
And good for you, one of the few intelligent people to get that joke.
I think this might be something to do with the new younger age group that the Academy program is introducing and the need to have "the best" kids in that group. I wouldn't be surprised if that is the reason their is merger talk about only one boys age group.
if that was the case then there is no need for a merger as the best players will want to play with the best anyway and leave their club regardless.
The youth soccer was played recently by a new level had decided that unites with two region soccer group Football clubs. The advertisement announced that their merge, projected from new Representative Football club's has dispatched more teams and provides the important opportunity for theirs player. " For some period of time, the people want to know why two clubs do do the identical matter in the identical region, " " Usually the family has the child to use for the different club. The merge is sometimes difficult, but, looks like our team, we have remembered our goal, is paid great attention frontage and works its through." The situation has provided the impetus to the migration the club which unites toward one. A group educates the soccer program from small town soccer and the program's player forms under the Michigan Soccer. What is happening?
Assuming, both of my kids' make their respective teams during tryouts this June.
My kid plays for Elite, what club would he play for next year?
My other kid plays for Vardar on the girls side, what club would she play for next year.
If a merger does not pan out, I will officially delete these poting sites from my favorites and not buy into the bs that is fed off of these things.

I think it is all BS myself.
I would think there are too many sub-mergers involved now to merge w/ other clubs.
Would tryouts be at one facility and kids' get picked off one by one.
I saw it last year with a merged club, our coach was like "where did so-n-so go?"
next thing you know, she's "over there" trying out with another group, because they have
other coaches watching another teams tryout. Kid gets picked off and moved.
Want some numbers for your personal club? merge n break off
Want to kep your teams n families happy? don't merge and break off another 1 year after
convinicing us parents it's the way to go.

This has nothing to do with VE and Miriam. Vardar has strong teams but are severely lacking numbers for the younger age groups. Enter the TE mercenaries. They have the numbers and the coaches who only care about cups.

Same ole, same ole tired argument. Except this one is contradictory.
First, let's get this out of the way. Miriam is stupid like a fox. She knows what is politically going on in her club and the real Vardar. Quit making her sound like a dumb blonde.
Second, Vardar is lacking in numbers so again, here is another example of the failure of a club to develope young players. This situation is pervasive in youth soccer and is debated frequently on the forums but the poster here tries to make Vardar the victim of Andy and Curtis. If it weren't so ridiculous, it might be funny.
Third, Andy and Curtis referred to as mercenary...hmmm, who is approaching who here? They have put in a lot of time with their young players. Their teams' rewards have come as a result of developing their players.

Interesting. How many on his U12 roster are left from his original group nowadays? How many girls on his U9 came from VE and PSG this fall? Developing is one thing, recruiting thru guest passes and free training is another. dont confuse the two please.

Ok, my turn to take a pot shot at this.
Why is it ok for Her to have trained at LOBO's and have selected kids train with her during the witner session with my daughter and all of a sudden it's June and they're at our tryouts?
Because it is tryout season.
This is what happens when some European Socialist gets involved in youth sports. No democratic values in understand that the commodity.......oooop. I meam families have a choice in where they go, regardless of what happens to advertise what is more appealing.
Who gives a care where some players from a u12 team went? That's the beauty of tryouts, they go, they also come, and if they come with some kind of ability, they came from somwhere, typically another club. Right?
Not knowing elite folks too well other than some elbow brushing with friends n parents her n there, Why don't they post and cry and try to sanction other clubs for losing players? Why?.............................because of class.
The amazingthing is, VE is going to lose other kids' (assumed) because they are guest playing on other clubs, I mean my god, is Carpathia going to have to have a F'in sit down with mysl now too? Because a 11 year old girl wants to move on? LOL
USL 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They'll look good in those 1998 xara or diadora uniforms.
How much for those V uniform packages again? $325? LOL

Just like anywhere....some of the parents are wonderful and some are bad apples trying to act like they are good apples. (Telling everyone what they want to hear) and then telling the coach what he/she wants for his/her daughter.
Remember it is all about the kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (not the parents)

After it is won, maybe it can be considered?
I like to see a team of kids' advertised with their accomplishments instead of spatter of a grown up on their personal accomplishment.
Wondering, regards to any of the personal accomplishment award banter spattered upon all youth sites, were the kids' ever thanked, you know the ol' This wouldn't have been possible without them type award speech gratitude spew?

I highly doubt this will be a full fledged merger. The agreement will be similar to what Troy Elite had with PSG. Come State Cup years they'll combine teams and come up with a creative name( Vardar Elite anyone?). The soccer bums need all the club/training fees from each child so they won't have to get real jobs. Take for example Andy's U9 team. What has he done for them? LOL, they played Troy tourney and then Indoor National and thats it. Nothing else in winter. A super coach and I'm sure all your parents are happy customers with all the effort you put in with your team.

I am sure I am wrong here,
Aren't his u9's true u8's, meaning they are 6-7 years old?
I mean, how much should 7 years olds do?
Maybe he is not into it for the money like other coaches that rape parents for per diem, gas, lodging, usage fees, etc?
And maybe, they did 2 tournaments just for exposure only and not to split the rivers to walk across with the grace of God? Jesus Christ, give the guy a F-in break.

For what they're paying they should be playing in leagues conducted in the guys backyard. How much does the girls DOC make off each "customer" nowadays?

If exposure is playing a fraction of the games at an increased cost your point is valid. 3 games for like 600 bucks vs a winter session for a smidge more but 5 more games. Soccer bums are indeed, dumb like foxes.

Exposure for 6-7 year old girls? Give me a break. Exposure for the coach and the club. Were there college scouts you wanted to see how advanced your special group of kindergartners are?

exposure as in experience. To get a feel of tournaments is what was meant.
It seems there are more personal attacks to the coach other than maybe the factual
side of it, getting kids slowly acclamated to tournament life, etc

Realize this is some time later, but I am so tired of these full time coaches talking about how their kids are 3 and 4 year olds playing in the U9 Premier. This is all done to justify their position as a Premier team/ full time coach. Reality is when push comes to shove they pull from any team within the club they can to get the victory. MI Elite did this same thing this weekend to our club. If the parents are happy allowing your kid to sit the bench when the Elite coaches allow their best kids from other age groups play, God Bless you. As an outside observer, it is a joke. If you look at most of these coaches they only take the top team. It is because they can not develop a player and are focused on collecting talent to further their full time coaching payroll. In order to justify their pay they must put down any coach who is working to develop players. Eventually our players will feed the Premier teams, this is understood. The clubs like Waza, MI Elite and Vardar should be more humble in this process. Their coaches are taking way to much credit.
