          Here, let me help:

Will you please get a life, you are a very sad individual. The posts about players and coaches on this site are getting ridiculous. Moderator can you please shut this site down. It is nothing more than a bashfest, if you look at every post it turns into a bashing of either Clubs, teams and individuals. Just look at the girls ISL thread a player is being bashed for winning the league MVP. Something seems wrong with this picture dont you agree.

Good video. May help some town coaches and if it helps kids who cares if MPS had a good idea before the stars or scorps.

Good music, but would much rather see a warm up that includes a ball, particularly for the younger age groups.

Another video from MPS. Good for them for making them available.

                      Re: Warmups

scorps and stars 8, 9, 10, and 11 year olds are improving their technical skills instead of wasting time on dynamic warmups.

That's why MPS has to replace all these kids when they have tryouts for the Premier team at U13. Oops, forgot to teach these kids how to kick the ball!

All the technical skill in the world won't be of much use if you are sidelined with an injury.

Kids prior to puberty do not need this type of warm up to protect them from injury.

The idea is to teach them proper technique for jumping, turning, landing, etc. so that when they get older it will be 2nd nature.

SAQ training is appropriate for this age group, but still should only represent a small percentage of training. Some SAQ training can incorporate a ball for a more efficient use of training time.
