The birth dates are off by a year compared to those posted on the MAPLE site. Any reason for this?

The Mexican teams boycotted this year's North American finals, making it largely a US, southern Canada event. They were unhappy with the ease of the New England region.

I believe the Finals marks the end of the Super Y season so they are still using last years age groups. So the U15s playing in the finals are the U15s that played this past summer. After the Finals are over, the teams will become U16s.

Are last year's 15s in the finals?? Doesn't say much for the league if so on the basis of their State Cup performance, losing to a NESS team that Stars beat by double figures in the round robin.

Is that a necessary comment? Or does it just make you feel good saying something like that?

Oh, and BTW I am not an MPS parent. I am a Stars parent.

Never before has a "better team" lost to an "inferior team" in the history of any sport.

How much practicing have the MPS teams gotten in this fall? Will any players miss it due to the HS playoffs?

Doesn't sound like a lot of prep for the nationals

Renegades should do just fine. The Mathman ratings for many of the other teams is lower than the Renegades.
