If a team that has a spot in MAPLE doesn't return for spring, then the first team on the "wait-list" gets offered the spot. If it's a D-1 or D-2 team that doesn't return, a team from the divison below (D-2 for a D-1 spot, MAPLE -D for a D-2 spot) moves up and the top wait-listed team goes to MAPLE-D.
