One only needs to look at the Red Card/Ejections listing on the Maple web site. If you are talking about the same guy, he was suspended for most of the season (6 games), which means he was tossed out of at least 2 games. A real credit to the organization. C'mon it's U12 for crying out loud. He shouldn't be allowed anywhere near children.

Does the coaching ban apply only to the team for which the infraction occurred or does the ban extend to all the teams coached by the individual?

If you knew this guy, it's not hard. He was an All-American at Salem State back in the mid 90's. he would get thrown out of games then.

Which Needham coach are you referring to that allegedly gets out of town players to play for his HS team? There's only one public high school in Needham, it has only one boys head varsity coach, and all the players (on the boys team) are Needham residents -- unless you're referring to the Ukrainian exchange student...Are you saying there are out of town players on the girls team?

Is it merely a coincidence that the two best players on then Needham team "transferred" to the school district this year? Word is that they attend the school but don't actually live in Needham.
