From what I gather, full boats are somewhat unusual. There are probably a few though. The Ivies get no athletic money and some are combos athletic and academic. Supposedly one of the Stars from "cow country" has a full boat although who knows if that post was honest or just an attempt to put a target on her back.

Is someone from Rovers going to play soccer at Duke? That would be big news for any Mass player. (Don't get me wrong - it's a great school academically as well - just not really news for a soccer forum)
