Some cell towers were damaged. Lan lines are better. 5.8 earthquake.
Fire Dept has no reports of major damages or injuries.

They are asking you not to call land lines, so 911 can get through, however they are also stating there have been no injuries yet reported.

That's why I didn't send my daughter to ODP!

It was a 5.4 earthquake, just normal in the Californian standards and nothing to worry about. Disney stopped rides for a few minutes and then they resumed activities.

My sources told me that a big fat guy was fouled from behind in one of the ODP sessions, the impact of the kid on the ground was the epicenter of the earthquake.

Maybe this would seem funny tomorrow, but when you are asked to send your 14-year-old daughter across the country by themselves the first time, it is very scary. Add an earthquake and it's not something to joke about. It does not seem like the earthquake was too bad, so hopefully everone is fine and has a great story to tell when they get home.
