tournament directors put the team where they think they belong, even when playing up. you can only request placement, but nothing is guaranteed. maybe they requested top division and was put into second division.

Do you even know the guy? He is an amazing coach. He really cares about the kids and wants what is best for them. He is always trying to push them.

You must've never managed a team, or have any idea how tournament placement works. You also don't know what a good and effective coach looks like. All of his younger teams are at a high level. It sounds like you are already on your way out of the ukies...this isn't an airport, no need to announce your departure.

Except his teams are all high level, girls are coming to these age groups just for him. You must be sad your daughter can’t play for him. Or is this SB just being jealous?
