So I just saw the news that Biden won't comply with any Senate subpoenas? Isn't that obstruction of Congress? I believe it was one of Trump's impeachment articles. You are jumping to an awful lot of conclusions about someone you do not know.

1) I don't engage in name calling and have referred to Trump as nothing but "Trump" or "POTUS."

2) If Biden was asking my advice, I would tell him to comply with the subpoena. If he doesn't, I would hope the Senate applies the appropriate penalties for non-compliance.

3) I am not a Biden supporter and do not want him to get the Democratic nomination.

According to the House Democrats' charges, Trump's defiance of subpoenas merited his "impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States."

Let's see how this plays out. If the day comes when Biden defies a Congressional subpoena, will the Dems demand Biden to bow out of the race for POTUS?
