    Why Bridgewater Challenge Cup???

Heading to Bridgewater with our kids club teams (NEFC) all weekend. Looking at the schedule and just realized that we will be "competing" against town teams all weekend. Not what we expected and not what we paid for. What a joke!

Try beaing a town team parent that is just realizing they are going to a tournament that has traditionally been a town team tournament and they stick your team in with the clubs. Looks like the solo cups need to come out early and often.

Look at it like it's a weekend vacation to Bridgewater.

It's 10 & 11 year old kids, so who cares. Chances are your coach thought was the best level to play at this weekend without spending a ton of money. Plus it's all in one convenient location, and if ya win, you'll get a nice Beach Towel. My daughter still uses hers from 4 years ago ... LOL!

You can't beat Bridgewater this time of year. Not to mention that the Burger King has gone through a remodeling.

Please do report back when NEFC has won all its games 12-0.

Did any parent speak up when the coach said they were going to bridgewater? What level is your team? Is your team not good enough to go to GPS or needham?

Is if not safe to assume that if I am paying for club I should be getting club competition?

Try not to think of the fact that the parents of the opposing town teams probably pay less than $100 for the entire season, including the tournament.

On top of this we are losing to town teams. This is BB's own tournament and he can't even win a game against town teams. Not a good day for NEFC.

No worries, NEFC families. The club is 100% dedicated to your individual best interests. If you don't believe that just check out the website.

Be thankful that you are not driving all over the state for 2 days to play games!

It is youth soccer be thankful your child is able to run around and play and is having fun. Your little mia is not going to be a star, let them be happy and be kids. Trust me none of this matters in the long run, just enjoy the time with your kids!
