I've been watching high school and a middle school soccer games this fall. Ref's need to be accountable for their officiating. If they are getting paid for the inadequate refereeing, they should be asked to step away. too many games have horrible Referees. A new procedure should be in place to keep them accountable. It's easy money to show up for an hour, not understanding rules of the game their are being paid for! same crap over and over with them. let's pressure them for calling a good game...get your money's worth!
