The inaugural East Penn Cup is US Club Soccer's Eastern Pennsylvania State Championships for member clubs and teams.
The East Penn Cup for U11-12-13-14 boys' and girls' teams will be played November 21-22, 2009, in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Minimum 3-game guarantee. Championship matches in groups, depending on the number of teams in the group. All age-group games will be 11v11.
Application fees: $500 for U11-12; $525 for U13-14.
